Project Description

The project is to restructure and merge several Rice Hull  existing companies into a fully modernized company including ;Gap analysis, Assessment of the technical status of production lines, Quality of products,  compliance with the environmental regulations, Energy efficiency and Assessment of non used assets.

The employment (permanent and seasonal), Proposals for the development,  Supply chains and Organizational structure , Human resources development programs are developed.

Distribution channels, Policies and procedures related to financial aspects and operations cost system.

A new strategic plan and action plan are developed with a series of new investment plans.
