Project Description

The project is to modernization and restructuring of the existing NFB co. including ;Gap analysis, Assessment of the technical status of production lines, Quality of products,  compliance with the environmental regulations, and Energy efficiency.

The employment (permanent and seasonal), Proposals for the development,  Supply chains and Organizational structure , Human resources development programs are developed.

Marketing & Sales policies , Distribution channels, Policies and procedures related to financial aspects and operations Cost system.

A new strategic Plan and action plan are developed with a series of new investment plans for new products.
