Project Description

The Urban design for the smart integrated industrial park is developed for 9 km2 in a unique area at intersection of major  urban roads (Urban Ring Road/ Dabaa Axis)

The infrastructure and utilities include road network, water supply, sewage networks, lifting stations, waste water treatment plant. In addition, power supply including 22 kV medium tension networks and substations.

The Industrial Park is utilized with high- Tech data network and smart communications.

The industrial Park includes within phase I food and Beverage industries, sugar plant, integrated chemical industries, Animal feed plant, Grain silos storage complex 500,000 tons capacity and cold store complex.

In phase П the Industrial Park will include, Edible oil Extraction & refinery plant, paper bulb plant, Bio-refinery complex, Bio-plastic complex, Bio Gas facility and many other projects.
