ZCST has five essential sub-structures included in the Master Plan that are interlinked, but each with a separate mission:

• The core University for advanced learning
• The Research Institutes.
• The technology park, the Technology Pyramid, for the transfer of technology to national Gross Domestic Product in the global market.
• The Academy

Center for Strategic Studies of major projects of development and for the assessment of national risks.
