Project Description

This integrated production plant with capacity of 7 t/hr (non-coated) French fries and 650 kg/hr flex.
The production line includes receiving, steam reeling, cutting and grading, optical sorting, blanching, dipping & drying, frying and defatting, control system, freezer.
The project included cold & freezing store of 30.000 t for raw material & final product.
